About Trinity UCC Early Childhood Centers
Trinity United Church of Christ Early Childhood Centers, Inc. is a Chicago-based early childhood education organization serving children and families at two locations: the Dr. Jeremiah A.
Wright, Jr. Early Childhood Center at 532 W. 95th Street and the Dr.
Deton J. Brooks Early Childhood Center at 6921 S. Stony Island Avenue.
Its mission is to provide high-quality early care and education, helping children learn and become ready for school and the wider world. The centers offer Early Head Start and Head Start programs, school-age programs, and school-readiness support, along with admissions information and resources for parents. Their approach emphasizes educating the whole child, embracing families, and using culturally connected curriculum.
Learning goals include STEAM, social and emotional development, confidence, independence, and self-control. The organization highlights the role of caring teachers and aims to recognize children’s differences and needs. Families can also access parent resources, a tuition payment portal, school newsletters, closure-date updates, and information about center activities
