TuCompraEC is an online shopping store serving customers throughout Ecuador, with a range of products organized into categories including home, health and beauty, electronics and technology, practical tools, and pet supplies. Customers can browse the store, select an item, and place an order through its online checkout by providing delivery details. The store offers free shipping across Ecuador, with delivery estimated at two to five business days.

Payment is made in cash when the order arrives. Once an order has been dispatched, customers receive a WhatsApp message with tracking information and the name of the carrier, which may be Servientrega, LaarCourier, or Gintracom. TuCompraEC states that purchases are secure and that products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

For factory faults, customers are asked to contact support through WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving their order. The site also provides a frequently asked questions section and maintains Facebook and Instagram channels, offering shoppers practical information about ordering, delivery, payment, and after-sales support
