The Tula Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center, known as GUZ TO TOMIAC, is a specialized public healthcare institution serving the Tula region of Russia. Established in 2005, it brought together regional medical statistics and healthcare computing functions, and later became the successor to the regional center for medical activity licensing. Its work focuses on information, analysis, and digital support for the regional healthcare system rather than direct medical treatment.

TOMIAC’s departments cover medical statistics, healthcare data collection and analysis, health information technology, medical care quality monitoring, organizational analysis, and institutional development. The center provides resources and support for healthcare organizations, including statistical information, telemedicine services, and software. Its website also shares news, announcements, articles, and information about the organization’s structure and activities.

For residents, the center points visitors to useful public services and health resources, including the Doctor71 electronic appointment system for booking visits with specialists, regional and national government service portals, and links to health information. It also provides contact details, feedback channels, and answers to common questions.
