Founded in 1946, the show has been at the heart of rural life and community tradition for generations and takes place each year on the third Sunday of August. Set in our picturesque showgrounds at Coppenagh, just outside Tullow town, we welcome over 15,000 visitors annually for a memorable day filled with entertainment, competition, commerce, and community spirit. What to Expect Our extensive programme of events brings together a unique blend of agricultural, cultural, commercial, and competitive attractions. From livestock and equestrian classes to dogs, domestic arts, and prestigious All Ireland Championship Finals and Qualifiers, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
