Tunyogi

Tunyogi Pedagogical Special Service provides early developmental support for infants and young children from birth to age six, together with their families. Its work is centered on Tunyogi Healing Play Therapy, a developmental method with a history spanning several decades. The service supports children born prematurely or with low birth weight, birth-related injuries or genetic conditions, as well as children with disabilities, delayed motor development or language delays. Individual needs guide each child’s tailored, comprehensive programme, which can address movement, vision, hearing, speech and communication, attention, cooperation and learning skills.

Care is delivered collaboratively by special education teachers, conductors, physiotherapists, therapeutic massage specialists, speech therapists and mental health professionals, with support from neurologists, orthopaedic specialists and paediatricians. Families can contact the service to arrange an assessment and discuss their child’s needs. The organisation also offers Tunyogi Healing Play Therapy training courses, including introductory and advanced programmes. With support from its foundation, it organises celebrations, recreational and cultural activities, and gatherings for children and families, recognizing the importance of community and shared experiences alongside developmental care.
