Perhekoti Tuomiranta Oy is a family-style care provider based in Vartiala, in the Riistavesi area of Kuopio. Residents can take part in horse-related activities at Vikkelän stable, care for cats and dogs, garden, or pursue projects and hobbies at the Tuulentupa activity space. Weekly plans and themes are developed with residents, with attention to their preferences, choices and individual needs. Tuomiranta also offers holiday, camp and themed activities for social-service clients. Daily life is designed to feel homelike, with support for routines such as meals, laundry and independent living. Its rural setting includes shared outdoor areas and facilities for community activities.
