Turbine Group is a charcoal-lighting brand serving shisha enthusiasts and customers seeking a fast, convenient way to prepare coals. Its flagship Turbine® is a patented electric charcoal lighter developed in Germany. The company also offers several Turbine models, including Neo and Cube versions, limited editions, and BBQ products. Its wider range includes accessories such as the Turbine BOOSTER, replacement carbon sheets, and gift vouchers in multiple denominations.

Through its online shop, Turbine Group presents product comparisons, special offers, and collections to help customers choose a model. The brand also provides customer support and servicing, including heating-coil replacement and device cleaning; its service information states that a newly installed coil receives a further six-month warranty. Shipping is free within Germany on orders of €130 or more. Customers can contact the support team by email and follow the brand on social media for updates and offers.
