Turning Point Quilt Co. creates custom keepsake quilts and provides longarm quilting services, helping customers transform meaningful clothing and other personal items into cherished keepsakes. Its offerings include T-shirt quilts, memory pillows and bears, and custom projects developed in collaboration with customers. T-shirt quilts can preserve shirts from school events, races, travel, sports teams, hobbies, or in memory of a loved one.
The T-shirt quilt service includes stabilizing and cutting shirts into blocks, planning and sewing the quilt top, cotton-polyester batting, backing, binding, and longarm machine quilting. Quilts are returned finished and ready to use, with a typical delivery timeframe of four to six weeks. Standard cuddle backing is also noted for the quilts.
Pricing is structured by service: T-shirt quilts are priced per block, with different rates for designs with or without sashing; collage and mosaic styles vary. Pillow projects start at a minimum price, while longarm quilting and binding services have separate rates.
