Turning Wheel LLC is an innovative game development studio founded in 2013 by Sheridan Rathbun, known for its flagship title, Barony. Originally released in 2015, Barony has undergone significant evolution through a series of major updates including the Cursed Edition, Blessed Addition, and several expansions up to the recent Quality of Death and Life After Death, with future releases planned. With a team of six dedicated developers working remotely across multiple regions, Turning Wheel embraces a culture of independence, creative freedom, and collaborative spirit, allowing them to focus on their passion for game-making without external constraints.
The studio prioritizes flexibility and results over traditional corporate structures, fostering an environment where every team member can contribute uniquely. Specializing in action RPGs, Turning Wheel remains dedicated to enhancing the Barony experience while exploring new gaming projects. With a commitment to their vision and the gaming community, Turning Wheel LLC continues to build its reputation as a spirited, scrappy developer in the indie gaming landscape.
