Turones Properties

Coldwell Banker Turones Properties is a real estate agency based in Tours, France, serving clients in Tours and the surrounding area since 2018. Part of the Coldwell Banker network, it combines local expertise with the reach of an international brand. The agency provides personalised, high-end support for residential property projects, whether clients are buying or selling an apartment, family home, country property or château in the Loire Valley.

Its services cover two market segments: quality residential and bourgeois properties in desirable settings, and exceptional homes represented through Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. The agency works with both French and international clients, offering professional advice and tailored support throughout the property process. Its consultants assist sellers with marketing and selling their properties, and help buyers explore suitable homes and estates. The agency emphasises attentive service, trust, discretion and strong client relationships, aiming to make each transaction a positive experience. Coldwell Banker Turones Properties offers property viewings, consultations and property valuation support, and invites prospective clients to contact its Tours office to discuss their plans.
