**Turtle Raine** is a dedicated platform for fans of Chinese BL (Boys' Love) danmei novels, run by Raine, an enthusiastic translator. Though not a professional, Raine combines machine translation (MTL) with personal understanding of the Chinese language, which she studied in college, to bring these captivating stories to an English-speaking audience. Operating as a solo translator, she offers a heartfelt and engaging approach, with a commitment to sharing enjoyable and accessible translations, all while encouraging readers to support the original authors through official channels.

At Turtle Raine, readers can find a selection of ongoing and completed translation projects, alongside a repository of FAQs addressing common queries. While Raine acknowledges the imperfections in her work, she invites feedback to enhance the experience for her audience. Furthermore, fans can track her progress and support her endeavors through platforms like Ko-fi. Turtle Raine is not just about translations; it’s a collaborative adventure dedicated to the rich world of danmei literature.
