Turun Diakoniasäätiö, also known as Diakonistiftelsen i Åbo, is a foundation established in 1985 by the Evangelical Lutheran parishes of Turku and Kaarina. Its work focuses on providing safe, high-quality and engaging housing for older people and people with disabilities, alongside services that support everyday life, wellbeing, rehabilitation and care. The foundation develops and maintains housing and other facilities for diaconal work.

Its services include Palvelutalo Esikko, which offers service apartments and housing- and wellbeing-related support. Home care is available daily, with operating hours varying between weekdays and weekends and public holidays. Esikko has one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, and prospective residents can enquire about upcoming vacancies.

The foundation also operates Vanhustentalo Vuokko, which provides affordable housing for older people and shared spaces for resident activities.
