SinemaTiyatroMüzesi

TÜRVAK, the Türker İnanoğlu Foundation, is a cultural and educational organization dedicated to cinema, theatre, television, and the performing arts. Its museum and art library preserve and present Turkey’s screen and stage history through exhibitions, collections, publications, and public events. The Cinema Museum features examples of production equipment used in Turkish cinema, materials related to Türker İnanoğlu’s productions, wax figures of notable performers and directors, and the Ali Efendi Cinema story.

The Theatre Museum explores traditional forms such as orta oyunu and Karagöz-Hacivat, alongside material connected to Muhsin Ertuğrul, theatre productions, and artists’ costumes. Other displays trace the development of television broadcasting and production. TÜRVAK also offers an exhibition and screening venue, film screenings, a library and book-search service, and publications.

Its educational activities include creative workshops for children and specialist training in cinema and television, covering production, directing, presenting, technical subjects, and acting. The website notes that the museum is temporarily closed and shares news, exhibitions, and event information
