Tus

With the increasing number of photos and videos being shared every day, tus recognizes the need for a reliable file uploader. They offer a new open protocol called tus, built on top of the popular HTTP protocol. This protocol provides simple, cheap, and reusable stacks for clients and servers, supporting any language, platform, and network.

tus is production-ready, having undergone numerous rounds of improvements and received valuable feedback from well-known companies like Vimeo and Google. As an open-source project, tus is accessible to everyone under the MIT license. It features a minimalistic design, yet it is still extensible with a range of extensions to meet various preferences.

tus believes in community ownership and welcomes feedback and contributions. They maintain official implementations and actively improve the protocol and its implementations. So, if you're tired of lost cat videos and want a reliable file upload solution, say Yes! to tus and join them in making the world a better place
