Tusk Conservation Awards is an annual awards programme celebrating individuals whose work is making a significant difference to wildlife conservation across Africa. Established in 2013, the awards recognise dedicated, forward-thinking conservationists and share their stories and impact with a wider audience. The programme presents three distinctions: the Tusk Wildlife Ranger Award, the Tusk Award for Conservation in Africa, and the Prince William Award for Conservation in Africa.
Winners and finalists come from countries across the continent and include wildlife rangers and other conservation leaders. The awards’ website provides information about current and past honourees, award categories, judges, nominations and partners, as well as an alumni directory spanning more than a decade. It also shares details of the annual awards ceremony; the 2026 ceremony is scheduled for 11 November at Raffles London, Whitehall.
