Tennisverein Meißendorf e.V. is a community tennis club in Meißendorf, Germany, founded on August 20, 1979, to promote the sport of tennis. The club is affiliated with the Lower Saxony Tennis Association and the German Tennis Federation, and participates in regional league competitions, including mixed-team matches. Its teams compete mainly in the Celle district and Heidekreis. The club also supports youth tennis, with young players participating in teams and joint teams, alongside opportunities for adult players.
The club’s facilities include four clay courts, prepared each year by members. Non-members may also use the courts for a fee, and the club provides information about court rentals. Regular activities include weekly coffee tennis on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. The club’s history reflects steady growth: play began on two courts, the facility expanded to four courts in 1990, and the clubhouse was built in 1981. Based at Bruchstraße 50, Tennisverein Meißendorf offers local residents a place to play, compete, and take part in club life.
