TVMA

TVMA Academy is a traditional Taekwondo school in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, offering classes for children, teens, adults, and families. Its programs combine martial arts training with personal development, helping students build confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, and respect through steady practice. Classes are organized by age and experience: Tiny Lions introduces children ages 3–5 to movement, listening, and coordination; programs for ages 6–9 emphasize balance, body control, discipline, and focus; and classes for ages 10–12 encourage skill development, responsibility, and progress.

Teen and adult classes include fitness, self-defense fundamentals, and mental focus in a supportive community. TVMA presents each belt as a milestone shaped by effort, courage, and perseverance, with instruction focused on learning how to train, not just how to perform. Higher belts support beginners, and leadership is modeled through action.

New students can book a trial class, meet an instructor, and try basic movements without needing a uniform or special equipment
