Tvoi Event is a Florence-based event planning company specializing in private celebrations throughout Tuscany. With more than 15 years of experience in the region, its team organizes weddings, marriage proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, children’s parties, family gatherings, private parties, and gala dinners. Events take place across Florence, Chianti, Siena, Versilia, Lucca, and Val d’Orcia.

The company offers both full-service planning and individual event services. Its coordinators can develop a concept, find and assess venues such as villas, castles, wine estates, beach clubs, and private halls, and arrange catering, flowers and décor, photography and video, music, hosts, cakes, and guest transportation. Clients can also request smaller experiences, including romantic dinners, picnics, wine-cellar dinners, photo sessions, and hot-air balloon rides.

Each event is managed by one coordinator from the first conversation through the celebration, including vendor coordination, scheduling, logistics, and on-site support. Tvoi Event provides a written estimate before preparation begins. The team communicates in Russian, Italian, English, and German, and also supports event planners and agencies working with clients in Tuscany.
