Twintree Training

Twintree Training offers practical self-defense training in Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf, helping people build confidence and learn how to respond to dangerous situations. Its courses cover Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense system built around simple, adaptable techniques for responding to armed and unarmed threats, as well as Street Combatives. The training is presented as suitable for people of different fitness levels, ages, genders, and sexual orientations, with classes held in small groups and an emphasis on creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

For those who prefer not to train in a group or cannot attend group classes, Twintree Training also provides one-to-one personal training focused on personal safety or fitness. Prospective students can book a trial session, and the website provides information about training times and prices, seminars, and contact options. The brand’s blog explores self-protection, stress, and the value of practicing basic skills regularly, emphasizing that repeated training can help people act more effectively under pressure.
