**Two City Vegans** is a vibrant online community dedicated to embracing and promoting the vegan lifestyle. Founded by Mandy Applegate, this platform serves as a welcoming space for everyone, whether you’re a long-time vegan, just starting out, or looking to incorporate more plant-based options into your diet. Mandy combines her experience from her previous vegetarian initiative, Splash of Taste, to provide an array of delicious and accessible vegan recipes that rival traditional dishes.

At Two City Vegans, users can explore a comprehensive recipe index featuring everything from appetizers to desserts, along with helpful lifestyle resources for those transitioning to veganism. Mandy encourages questions and sharing experiences, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and growth. Additionally, the site offers guides on vegan products, such as coconut yogurt and specialty sausages, to ease the transition.
