Twój Świat creates vertical gardens and living walls, combining scientific knowledge of plants with a commitment to bringing nature into modern spaces. Founded in 2007 by Dr. Jacek Mojski, the organization began with traditional garden design before focusing on vertical greenery. After exploring plant physiology and learning from specialists in the United States, it began developing living walls in Poland in 2010 and has since completed thousands of square metres of installations.

The brand offers vertical garden design and installation, as well as materials for customers who want to build their own green walls. It also provides workshops and training to help others create vertical gardens with confidence. In 2021, the team established the Zielona Fundacja, and today its work is primarily mission-driven. Revenue from commercial projects and sales supports public-benefit activities, including environmental protection, mental health support, and ecological education for children, young people, and adults. Twój Świat connects practical greenery projects with a broader purpose: helping people engage with nature and supporting community wellbeing.
