These farms practice non-irrigated and regenerative agriculture, resulting in the highest quality grain. At Two Track Malting's facility, they produce up to fifteen tons of malt per batch in their 9,000 square foot workspace. By producing relatively small batches, they can tightly control the malting process to ensure superior quality malt.
