About Texas Discovery Gardens at Fair Park
Texas Discovery Gardens is a non-profit brand in Dallas, Texas that is dedicated to sustaining the natural world. Our 7. 5 acre organic garden features native and adapted plants, creating a safe haven for both children and adults to learn and connect with nature.
Upon visiting, you can explore our butterfly house, wander through our natural gardens, and even visit our snake and reptile shack. Step inside our two-story Rosine Smith Sammons Butterfly House and Insectarium, where you'll be transported to a tropical rainforest filled with free-flying tropical butterflies. Located in Dallas' historic Fair Park, our year-round urban oasis offers family festivals, workshops, and educational programs for students, all focusing on outdoor learning experiences.
