Tyger Teens

Tyger Teens is a Singapore-based youth martial arts and personal development program that helps children and teenagers grow stronger in body and character. Its training combines safe, non-contact boxing, Muay Thai and wrestling with fitness, mentorship, guided reflection and service-minded learning. Rather than focusing on competition, the programs aim to build confidence, discipline, emotional control, resilience, teamwork and respect.

Tyger Teens brings together young people from local and international schools and welcomes families of diverse cultures and beliefs. Its community-centered approach emphasizes belonging, empathy and responsibility, with each participant supported and encouraged to contribute. Programs include Tyger Troopers for ages 6–11, Tyger Teens for middle-school students, and Tyger Teens for high-school students. The organization also offers events such as martial arts and character-building camps for children. Through physical activity, meaningful conversation and supportive guidance, Tyger Teens seeks to help young people develop practical skills and positive character in an inclusive environment.
