Folwark Scheiblera is a premium residential and commercial development by Vision Development, set in a revitalised historic quarter of central Łódź, Poland. Located beside the 13-hectare Park nad Jasieniem, the project combines restored heritage architecture with contemporary design and a distinctive loft character. Its history reaches back to the 19th century and the Scheibler family’s industrial legacy.

The development offers apartments from 25 to 135 square metres, with layouts ranging from one to six rooms, as well as joined apartments of up to 174 square metres and seven rooms. Residents can also choose city homes with private gardens, or commercial premises providing more than 1,300 square metres of business space. Shared amenities include a residents-only lounge, book-exchange library, gym and yoga and relaxation room. Additional features include smart-home automation, porter service, monitoring, controlled vehicle access, underground parking, storage rooms and electric-car chargers. Folwark Scheiblera has received two European Property Awards, recognising its residential development and commercial renovation. The project brings together city convenience, green surroundings and historic character.
