Tytti Siironen

Toimintaterapia Tytti Siironen provides occupational therapy for children in Kalajoki and nearby municipalities. Founded by occupational therapist and SI therapist Tytti Siironen, the practice offers appointments at its Kalajoki clinic and visits in children’s everyday environments. Its services include occupational therapy, sensory integration (SI) therapy and assessment. Therapy supports children’s independence, participation and development through meaningful activities, with goals agreed in collaboration with the child, family and relevant adults in the child’s daily life. SI therapy and assessment focus on sensory processing and motor skills, and may include standardized tests, observation, interviews and written feedback.

Tytti Siironen has worked in children’s occupational therapy since graduating in 2005 and completed specialist studies in sensory integration in 2018–2019. The clinic is equipped for SI therapy and assessments, with access for clients with mobility needs. Services may be funded through Kela rehabilitation decisions, wellbeing services, SI therapy service vouchers or insurance commitments. Therapy is provided in Finnish.
