About U21 Health Sciences
The U21 Health Sciences Group is a global brand dedicated to fostering collaboration and resource-sharing among health sciences institutions. Established in 2000 at the U21 Deans of Medicine and Nursing Meeting, our group provides a platform for staff and student members from 20 institutions across 13 countries and 6 continents to explore potential research partnerships, exchange information, and leverage shared resources.
Originally focused on Medicine and Nursing, the group expanded to include Dentistry and Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2001, and later added Pharmacy, Public Health, and Midwifery. The University of Hong Kong currently hosts our Secretariat.
Our flagship event is the U21 Health Sciences Group Annual Meeting, where members from all disciplines converge to exchange ideas and collaborate on existing and new projects. Since 2003, these meetings have been hosted by prestigious universities worldwide.
