UAVH Aubagne is an athletics club based at Stade de Lattre de Tassigny in Aubagne, France. It welcomes participants across a range of ages and abilities, offering opportunities to practise athletics for leisure or competition in a friendly, encouraging environment. Its École Athlé section introduces children aged 3 to 11 to movement and athletics through playful activities and age-based groups.
From age 12, athletes can train in track and field disciplines including sprinting, jumping, throwing, middle-distance running, race walking and combined events, with the option to specialise from age 15. The club’s running section is open to people aged 16 to 80, whether they are beginners or experienced runners. Members train together and receive guidance from a qualified coach on running technique and training plans.
UAVH Aubagne also offers Nordic walking, an outdoor endurance activity using specialised poles, designed to encourage fitness and shared time in nature. The club publishes news and event information, including training stages, and provides contact details for prospective members
