Ubah Inspire Initiative is a women-led organization based in Hargeisa, Somaliland, working to empower women and girls through sports, education, and wellbeing. Since 2017, it has provided a safe environment where participants can build confidence, develop skills, and connect with others. Its vision is a society in which women can choose their own paths and realize their potential, while its mission is to address gender inequalities and create positive change.

The organization’s programs span three areas. Sports and fitness activities include women’s football development, professional coaching, fitness training, and leadership development. Capacity-building initiatives offer educational workshops, skills training, and awareness campaigns focused on women’s rights and opportunities. Inspiration and networking activities, including mentorship, networking events, and talks, help foster personal and professional connections.

Ubah Inspire also shares resources, articles, publications, success stories, and media about its work. Through projects and collaborations with partner organizations, it aims to extend its impact across communities in Somalia. Its programs support healthier, more confident, and better-connected women and girls.
