Ubah Stigma is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about mental health in Indonesia. Founded in 2018, with the vision to promote mental health as an integral part of community well-being, Ubah Stigma aims to end the stigma surrounding mental health by creating the perception that it is a normal and equally important topic as physical health. Driven by the desire to create change, Asaelia Aleeza and Emily Jasmine initiated Ubah Stigma through a conversation about the cultural norms in Indonesia that often disregard and trivialize mental health.

With support from 15 members with diverse backgrounds, the organization strives to achieve its goal. Through various programs, such as Generasi Tangguh Bersatu and Wellness at Work, Ubah Stigma provides resources and support to individuals and workplaces to prioritize mental health. Additionally, the organization shares valuable information through their blog, podcast, and impact reports.

Ubah Stigma's efforts have been recognized and awarded by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in October 2019. Join Ubah Stigma in transforming societal perceptions and fostering a greater understanding of mental health
