It brings together donors, charities, businesses and community initiatives to address needs that are difficult to solve alone, including the effects of the war in Ukraine. The platform hosts verified fundraising projects across health, social support, education and science, culture and sport, environmental protection and animal welfare, and support for Ukrainian communities. Campaigns have funded medical equipment, medicines, rehabilitation, humanitarian aid and assistance for people and animals in need.

Visitors can support projects directly or create personal fundraising campaigns, inviting friends to contribute in place of gifts or other occasions. dobro.ua also offers special projects developed with businesses and charitable partners, as well as SMS fundraising and savings campaigns. The site reports that the platform’s work is supported by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and voluntary contributions from donors. After 15 years of activity, dobro.ua announced that it would end operations and stop accepting donations from October 7, 2026.
