During your UBX session, you will go through 12 rounds of exercises, with 3-minute rounds and 30-second rests in between. You can choose between boxing rounds, which include bagwork or padwork, and strength rounds that focus on functional movement. Once you've completed the 12 rounds, you can enjoy the endorphin rush of a job well done.
