Uchi is a Japanese-inspired restaurant brand founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. The Uchi Miami location brings this style to the Wynwood Arts District, where guests can explore sushi, curated tastings, and seasonal omakase. Menu highlights include gyutoro, akami crudo, dayboat scallops, seasonal oysters, and kinoko nabe, alongside changing selections that reflect seasonal ingredients.
