About Udruga Delta
Delta is a youth-focused organization that works towards strengthening civil society and providing informal education for young people in Croatia and beyond. With 16 regular members, Delta is committed to enhancing the capacity of young individuals in the field of civil rights and promoting youth work in Croatia. Led by President Maja Uršić Staraj and Executive Directors Maša Cek and Ema Žufić, Delta also employs three permanent staff members and collaborates with external experts and dedicated volunteers.
Delta engages in various projects, including "Mislim, djelujem, odlučujem," which empowers young people to actively participate in decision-making processes. Another initiative, "Savjeti mladih - kako dalje?," focuses on advocating for youth participation in advisory bodies at the local and regional levels.
