About Українська Греко-Католицька Церква
The Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church (UGCC) is an Eastern Catholic Church in full communion with the Apostolic See. With over five and a half million faithful, it ranks as the largest of the 23 Eastern Churches in the Catholic community, second only to the Latin Church. Led by the Major Archbishop Sviatoslav, the UGCC follows its own Byzantine rite, preserving a rich heritage in culture and history.
As part of the ancient Kyivan Church, the UGCC seeks the restoration of its original unity.
