UGIP Foundation

UGIP Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organisation focused on addressing development issues affecting young Africans. Its mission is to help bridge gaps related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4 and 8 through training, mentorship and scholarships, while offering active leadership and support. The foundation equips young people with tools and resources to thrive and develop their potential, using creative expression and working with individuals, private organisations and governments to bring solutions closer to beneficiaries.

Its work is organised around four core pillars: education, substance abuse management, wellness and mentoring, and community. Through these areas, UGIP Foundation supports learning, personal development, emotional wellness and community engagement. Its initiatives include the Train Them Young Initiative, the UProgramme and community outreach activities, alongside events such as the GWT Nation cohort and youth summer camp programming. The organisation also shares news and impact reports, invites people to volunteer, and welcomes donations and sponsorships to support its projects.
