Uppsala Ju-jutsuklubb is a martial arts club offering ju-jutsu training in Uppsala. With the motto “Effective self-defence since 1979,” the club teaches Ju-jutsu Kai, combining practical self-defence with an engaging, all-round physical activity. Its training covers techniques adapted to Swedish self-defence law, skills for reducing injury risk in falls, and ways to respond to multiple opponents. Members also develop mobility, coordination, fitness and strength.

The club provides age-appropriate options for children, teenagers and adults. Children aged 9–13 can take part in fun, challenging training through a dedicated mon grading system, while teenagers aged 13–15 practise the adult system in a group with their peers. Prospective members can try training, with free trial sessions during the first two weeks of the term for youth and adult groups. The club also offers self-defence courses and introductory ju-jutsu sessions for groups, companies and other organisations, with arrangements tailored to their needs. Its activities include regular training, grading events and training camps.
