UkrBlackList is an online forum focused on sharing reports, warnings, and information about alleged misconduct and scams in Ukraine. Its community-organised discussion boards cover a broad range of topics, including suspected fraudsters, dishonest businesses, employers, landlords, tenants, online shops, charities, and service providers. Members can also post about scams on OLX and social networks, raise concerns about phone fraud, or seek help locating missing people, witnesses, or stolen property and vehicles.

The forum provides dedicated sections for different kinds of complaints and searches, making it easier for users to browse relevant discussions and contribute their own posts. It also includes guidance such as forum rules and frequently asked questions, along with information about reviews and attempts to manipulate online feedback. UkrBlackList is a public discussion platform rather than an official investigative or verification service; posts represent user contributions and allegations, not necessarily confirmed findings. Its central aim is to give people a place to share experiences and alert others to potential risks across everyday transactions, employment, housing, and online activity.
