UKS Budo

UKS Budo is a youth sports club offering Karate WKF training in Warsaw’s Ursus district. Established in 2021 as a section of UKS Budo Grodzisk Mazowiecki, the club focuses on developing young athletes through sport karate, combining technical instruction with physical conditioning and the values of traditional karate. Its program welcomes children and young people at beginner, continuing and competitive levels, with classes at several local primary schools.

Training covers kata, a technical discipline based on set sequences of movements, and prepares participants for potential competition. The club also offers parakarate sessions at no charge. UKS Budo describes its approach as supporting balanced development, coordination, strength, speed, confidence and teamwork.

Coaching is delivered by qualified instructors under the guidance of a national-team coach, and the club participates in Poland’s youth sports competition system. Newcomers can try up to three sessions free before joining; the club also advertises a free first week
