UKS ARSENAŁ Warszawa is a sports club offering motor skills training and ice hockey for children, teenagers, and adults in Warsaw. Its training programs are designed around participants’ age, experience, and ability, combining established sports-training principles with current knowledge of sports science and physical preparation. Sessions develop qualities such as strength, speed, power, coordination, mobility, balance, agility, and movement technique, with exercises adjusted to individual needs and sporting goals.

The club offers dedicated groups for children aged 8–11, teenagers aged 12–15, adults aged 16 and over, and active athletes, as well as shared sessions and a Motoryka ŁF group. Ice hockey training is available to participants across these age groups. Motor training takes place at Legia Fight Club, while hockey sessions are held at COS Torwar.

Programs are led by Arsen Denskiewicz, an AWF graduate with postgraduate study in strength and conditioning and more than ten years of coaching experience. Participants can review schedules and register through the club’s website
