Uttarakhand Sports Foundation, also known as USC Public Charitable Trust, is a registered charitable organization founded in 2025 by young Uttarakhandis. It works to identify and develop sporting talent, particularly among young people in Uttarakhand’s hill communities, and help them pursue sports as a career. The foundation aims to build discipline, confidence, and character while creating opportunities for athletes to represent their state and country.

Its activities include organizing grassroots sports events, cricket and football tournaments, and the USF Half Marathon in Pauri Garhwal. It also supports deserving sportspersons through scholarships, sponsorships, training, and guidance. Beyond sports, the foundation brings Uttarakhandi entrepreneurs and corporate leaders together for networking and collaboration, and helps students from hill colleges access training, internships, and job placements. It also hosts community and cultural events to connect Uttarakhandis, including those living in Delhi-NCR. Through volunteer participation, partnerships, and sponsorships, the foundation seeks to strengthen its community and expand support for youth and aspiring athletes.
