It uses Companies House as a reference and brings together information from company websites, CreditSafe and Dealroom. Businesses can claim their profiles to update and enrich their information, while users can report errors for correction.

The platform aims to support UK supply chain development, including reshoring and onshoring, and to improve visibility of manufacturing options during periods of disruption or increased demand.
