Ulbrich Stiftung

Ulbrich-Stiftung is a charitable foundation based in Timmendorfer Strand, Schleswig-Holstein. Established by business graduate Eckart Ulbrich and recognized as a legally independent foundation in 2013, it reflects its founder’s wish to give back to society and support future generations. The foundation’s work focuses on three areas: assistance for people with physical disabilities, arts and culture, and education.

Its support for people with physical disabilities is intended to concentrate particularly on blind people in the Lübeck and Ostholstein regions. In arts and culture, the foundation supports activities in Ostholstein and Dithmarschen, including acquiring works of art and organizing cultural events, exhibitions, and readings. Its education work serves schools and kindergartens in the Timmendorfer Strand region. Activities may include educational services for children and young people, as well as professional development for teachers and other educational staff.

Organizations and individuals seeking support can submit applications to board member Thomas Koch at the foundation’s listed Timmendorfer Strand address. The foundation publishes board meeting dates and application information on its website.
