U-Learn is a brand that provides dedicated support to the Uganda refugee response community. With a focus on Evidence In Practice, U-Learn's Learning Hub facilitates cross-sectoral learning and encourages the uptake of key evidence among refugee response actors. They also prioritize Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) by empowering refugees and host communities to have a say in all levels of refugee response planning.

U-Learn conducts in-depth research to fill critical knowledge gaps in the refugee response, ensuring well-informed decision-making. Furthermore, U-Learn engages in actor mapping, specifically Settlement-Level Actor Mapping (SLAM), to facilitate collaboration between national-level and settlement-level stakeholders. By mapping actors that operate in refugee settlements across Uganda, U-Learn aims to enhance information sharing and promote effective collaboration.
