Ulibro, the Book Fair of Bucaramanga, is a cultural gathering organized with the support of the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB). Bringing together literature and the arts, the fair creates a space for readers, writers, publishers, and the wider community to share ideas and discover diverse forms of cultural expression. Its program includes general events, special events, specialized workshops, and family activities, alongside opportunities to meet invited authors and explore books from participating publishers.

Ulibro also presents news, press coverage, galleries, and information about its past editions and guest speakers. The 24th edition, held from August 28 to September 6 at the Neomundo Convention Center, featured more than 400 activities and brought together over 500 writers, poets, musicians, artists, and publishers. The event welcomed more than 70,000 attendees.

Alongside its cultural program, Ulibro supports community initiatives, including a book and educational-material donation campaign for communities affected by an earthquake, and works to make the fair more inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities
