Ullastres

Ullastres is a Spanish interdisciplinary group that has served communities and property managers since 1912. It helps residential buildings, businesses, public administrations and utilities manage essential building systems, energy use and water infrastructure. Its services bring maintenance, consumption monitoring and administration together, giving clients clearer oversight and supporting efficiency, cost control and occupant comfort.

For buildings, Ullastres maintains heating and other installations, reads meters, allocates and settles individual energy and water consumption, and provides preventive and corrective maintenance, energy monitoring and incident follow-up. It also offers boiler and individual water-heater services, as well as support related to heating cost allocation and applicable regulations.

Its electrical and energy work includes installation, maintenance and verification of medium- and low-voltage systems, power lines, substations and transformer centres, meter services, and anomaly detection. Sustainable energy solutions include photovoltaic systems for self-consumption and electric-vehicle charging points. In water management, Ullastres supports the maintenance and renewal of supply and sanitation networks and provides consumption measurement solutions.
