Ulprus was founded by Luke Allen, a web designer and developer originally from Leeds, UK, who has called Tokyo home since 2013. The studio combines hands-on development expertise with thoughtful design and direct communication — clients work directly with the person building their project, without layers of account managers or unnecessary middlemen.
