Pascal Krauss

Next Round Coaching is a coaching and personal development brand associated with Pascal Krauss. Its work focuses on leadership, teamwork, personal preparation, and physical training, using practical coaching rather than discussion alone. The brand offers workshops designed to help participants understand and apply key principles of leadership and team dynamics. In these sessions, participants experience varied situations, build connections between concepts, and transfer lessons into their daily work. Basic martial arts techniques are used to introduce new movement patterns and make leadership lessons tangible.

Next Round Coaching also provides personal development coaching, positioning the coach as an objective source of assessment and advice while clients prepare for demanding challenges. The approach emphasizes support and preparation rather than promising to achieve results on a client’s behalf. For physical goals, its sport coaching service includes personal training tailored to individual objectives, an initial assessment with skinfold measurement and digital documentation, customized training plans, a training app with logging functionality, and ongoing progress reviews.
