Led by a dedicated team of professionals, including Executive Director Ken Toong, Director Garett DiStefano, and Director Christopher Howland, UMass Dining ensures top-notch food and service.

Pamela Adams, the Executive Pastry Chef, oversees the bakery operations, while Jean Mendoza handles marketing and communications.
