About UM Consti Team
Welcome to UM Consti Team, the organization dedicated to spearheading constitutional literacy among the general public through the Constitutional Literacy initiative. Our primary objective is to inculcate the spirit of constitutionalism, not only in young legal minds but also in the general public. Led by passion-driven law students of Universiti Malaya, we strive to curate a more constitutionally literate Malaysian society by breaking down complex constitutional issues.
We offer a wide range of content and initiatives to provide legal exposure pertaining to the Constitution. Our offerings include bulletins, law series, infographics, podcasts, and even educational TikTok videos. In collaboration with the Malaysian Bar and the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya, we work closely with the Constitutional Literacy Initiative (CLI). Our bulletin, the Consti Bulletin, was born out of this joint effort.
In recent times, we have expanded our focus to human rights issues, aiming to aid the community at large and provide targeted assistance to impoverished and disenfranchised communities. Through impactful initiatives in the past, we have successfully spread constitutional patriotism among our Rakyat (people).
